With over two decades of experience across media, film production, enterprise communication, and multimedia platforms, Ashley has led large-scale initiatives and cross-functional teams across video, digital, and visual storytelling.
At Abana Global, his work focuses on understanding business context, shaping narrative structure, and translating complex ideas into visual and communication formats that create clarity, alignment, and stakeholder impact.
A filmmaker and award-winning music director, Ashley brings together creative direction, production discipline, and strategic thinking to help organisations communicate complex ideas with precision and meaning.
He is also the Co-Founder of Business Story Network, an intelligence-led editorial platform focused on business narratives, strategic insights, and the shifts shaping enterprise decision-making.

Nilofer Rohini D’Souza is the Co-Founder and Head of Strategy at Abana Global, where she leads strategic communication, narrative development, and editorial intelligence for organisations navigating complex business, leadership, and transformation stories.
She is a business journalist, communications strategist, and narrative specialist with over a decade of experience across corporate, policy, and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Having worked with organisations such as Walmart, Infosys, and Forbes India, she identified a recurring gap in business communication: complex work is often communicated without enough context, depth, or strategic clarity.
At Abana Global, Nilofer helps organisations understand business context, shape narrative direction, and develop clear communication across case studies, leadership communication, annual report narratives, and strategic storytelling.
Her work combines journalistic rigour with strategic insight, focusing not only on what happened, but why it matters, who it impacts, and what it signals for organisations and stakeholders.
Through Business Story Network, she brings intelligence-led editorial analysis, market context, and strategic insight into Abana Global’s advisory work.
