Ashley Mendonca is the Founder of Abana Global, a strategic narrative and communication advisory. He works at the intersection of narrative development and visual storytelling, helping organizations translate complex business initiatives, client engagements, and transformation work into clear, structured narratives.
With over two decades of experience across media, film production, and enterprise environments, Ashley has led large-scale initiatives and cross-functional teams, working across video, digital, and multimedia platforms.
His work focuses on narrative clarity, understanding business context, structuring the story, and translating it into visual and narrative formats that drive clarity, alignment, and impact across stakeholders.
A filmmaker and award-winning music director, he brings together creative direction and strategic thinking to help organizations communicate complex ideas with precision and meaning.
He is also the Co-Founder of Business Story Network, an editorial platform focused on business narratives and strategic insights.

Nilofer Rohini D’Souza is the Co-Founder of Abana Global and Founder of Business Story Network, an editorial platform focused on business narratives and strategic insights.
She is a business journalist, communications strategist, and narrative specialist with over a decade of experience across corporate, policy, and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Having worked with organisations such as Walmart, Infosys, and Forbes India, she identified a critical gap in business communication: the absence of context, depth, and clarity in how complex business narratives are articulated.
At Abana Global, she leads communication strategy and narrative structuring, working with organizations to understand business context, shape narrative direction, and develop clear, structured communication across formats including case studies, leadership communication, and strategic storytelling.
Her work integrates journalistic rigor with strategic insight, focusing not just on what happened, but why it matters, who it impacts, and what it signals for organizations and stakeholders.
Through Business Story Network, she extends this work into editorial and analytical storytelling, bringing depth and perspective into Abana’s advisory work.
